Vena Cava
Blood vessels supplying the heart with blood from the body on its way to the lungs for re-oxygenation; major veins of the vascular system. The superior vena cava is situated at the top of the right auricle of the heart and the inferior vena cava enters the auricle from below. They both unite as they enter the heart though "pouring" from different directions. 2
