You are in a VERY tricky situation! The good news is that your dog is NOT aggresive, just playful. Maybe the dog that is acting frightened is just not totally comfortable with the playful dog. Take the dogs for walks together, treat them equally (same number of treats and kisses every day!), and let them both play games together. Teamwork games are great!!! Once your dog is comfortable with the other dog, maybe she will understand that it's just a game, and she's not trying to get injured. If this doesn't work, talk to your dog trainer or vet. They should help solve this problem. Don't give up! I'm counting on you and your poodles! Let me know how it goes. If none of the above helps, I'll keep thinking of more suggestions.
