Hello, I currently have a 12 mnths old westie called Leo, he is really good when not with other dogs, otherwise is goes really excited and sometimes, we are not even sure if it was an attack or just rough play
Hello, I currently have a 12 mnths old westie called Leo, he is really good when not with other dogs, otherwise is goes really excited and sometimes, we are not even sure if it was an attack or just rough play. But recently, my neighbors, whose got a whippet or something, which is also crazy, got another dog- a yorkie. And I was walking to her and she told me her whippet was also a lot like Leo before she got the yorkie,he wasnt socialized enough when he was a puppy, just like Leo. My family and I have been considering buying another westie for a while now. Do you think Leo would appreciate this companion? Will the puppy suit our life? Is there anything I should do before bringing the puppy home??
P.S.- Leo has attended puppy training and hence has improved a lot, but still not perfect, so we are thinking that getting another Westie would socialise him??
