Bracco ItalianoThe Bracco Italiano (or Italian Pointer) is a strong hunting dog with excellent scenting abilities working in all types of terrain. The Braccos are very intelligent, hardy, adaptable, gentle and even tempered. They love children and get along well with other animals. The coat is short and glossy of white, white with orange, amber or chestnut markings, may be speckled. In the USA Bracco Italiano can be registered with the AKC FSS - an optional record keeping service for all purebred breeds not currently registrable with the American Kennel Club.
