Morgan Horse
The Morgan horse has a unique history - it is believed to have originated in 18th century from a single stallion called Justin Morgan, named after his owner. Today, the Morgan horse is highly regarded for it versatility. It excells in showing, dressage, endurance,
showjumping, western, hunter trials, and hunting. The modern Morgan horse is 57 to 61 inches tall weighs 900 - 1,100 pounds. Recognized breed colors include bay, black, brown, chestnut, gray, palomino, creme, dun and buckskin.
