Segugio Italiano Breeders

The Segugio Italiano, or Italian Hound, is medium-sized, active, versatile hunting dog of great endurance and gentle, affectionate and even temperament. The Wire-haired variety has a harsh, dense, wiry, close lying coat of two inches long. The short-hair type has a smooth, thick, shiny coat. Acceptable colors are black/tan or any shade from deep red to wheaten with white markings on head, chest, feet and tip of tail.
