Keeshond Breeders

The Keeshond, pronounced as caze-hawnd and often affectionately referred to as Kees, is a medium-sized dog from Holland that served as a barge dog and a companion. Cheerful, active and very people oriented, the Keeshond is usually good with other household pets and dogs if raised with them. These dogs get easily excited and can be rather noisy. Responsible breeders will screen their stock for inherited hip dysplasia, structural abnormalities (patent ductus arteriosus) and eye problems (PRA).
