    1. Can I renew an existing ad?
Currently, you can only purchase new ads on-line.

   2. How do I place an ad?
Click on the Place Ad link on the navigation bar. You will be asked to create a password. After typing your email address and password you will be directed to the Place Ad welcome page. At the bottom of this page, click either the "Place an Ad for a Cat" or "Place an Ad for a Dog" button.

Step 1: Contact and Pet Information
First, select a particular breed and complete the required fields for Contact and Pet Information. If you are unsure of your pet's breed, select Mixed Breed. Click Next button to proceed to Step 2 where you can upload from 1 to 7 pictures.

Step 2: Photo Upload Page
Please read the photo uploading instructions carefully and be patient while your picture is uploading. After uploading your pictures, click Next button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the Preview page. If you do not have a picture, click Select a Graphic and choose one of our 12, text-enhanced graphics to use in your ad. Once again, please be patient while the graphic loads after clicking the radio button. If you do not want to upload a picture or graphic, just click the Next button.

Step 3: Billing Information
Here you will see the Order Summary. Please fill in the required fields on the Billing Information form and click the Next button.

Step 3: Credit Card Information
Please fill in your credit card information and click on the Next button. On the next page, you will be asked to provide your credit card 3 or 4 digit security code. Click Process button to complete your order. You will receive and order confirmation via email. Thank you for placing an ad with Go Pets America!

   3. I sold my pet. How can I cancel my ad?
Click on My Account link on the navigation bar and enter your email address and password. From My Account page, find the ad you wish to cancel and click on the Edit Ad link to go to the Edit Ad Manager. Click on Cancel Ad link and Confirm Cancel button. Then click Return to My Account button.

   4. What credit cards are accepted?
You may pay for your on-line ad with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

   5. How can I find my billing statement after placing an ad?
As long as your ad is active, you may print out your receipt. Click on My Account link on the navigation bar and enter your email address and password. From My Account page, click Print Receipt button.

   6. Why don't you allow addresses on the contact info section?
To protect the security of our pet owners. With a street address or phone number, any visitor may use available Internet resources to map the actual location of the pet owner. If pet owners wish to list their addresses, they may do so within the Ad Text box of the Pet Information section.

   7. How are ads ordered on the search results page?
It seems only fair to us that the newest ads be placed on the bottom of the list in accordance with the traditional first come, first served policy.

   8. How can I edit my ad?
Click on My Account link on the navigation bar and enter your email address and password. From My Account page click on Edit Ad link. You can upload new photos, or change your ad's text.

   9. Why do I have to create a password?
Creating a password gives you access to our Edit Ad Manager which allows you to edit or cancel your ad on-line. You may also see statistics on the number of times your ad was viewed. Visitors use passwords to access their saved searches and favorite ads.

   10. Why was I automatically logged out?
To conserve server resources, visitors who remain idle for more than 30 minutes are automatically disconnected. If this happens to you, please click either Place Ad or My Account link on the navigation bar, enter your email address and password to be reconnected.
