Overview
A bushy shrub rather than a climber, Winter honeysuckle (Lonicera fragrantissima) carries highly scented flowers on bare twigs in late winter. Its flowers, and those of the very similar Standish’s honeysuckle (Lonicera standishii), are tubular, carried in bunches and creamy-white.
