American Miniature Horse A scaled-down version of the standard-size horse, is a small, sound, well-balanced horse which stands 34 inches at the withers and comes in a wide variety of colors and markings.



American Paint Horse A horse with patchy markings of white and other equine colors: black, bay, brown, chestnut, dun, grulla, sorrel, palomino, gray and roan.

American Quarter Horse A breed of strong saddle horses developed in the Western United States. The most common colors are sorrel (reddish brown), bay, black, brown, buckskin, chestnut, dun, red dun, gray, grullo, palomino, red roan and blue roan.

American Saddlebred The American Saddlebred is a beautiful five-gaited saddle horse, originally known as the Kentucky Saddler. It was developed as a riding horse in the 19th century.

Andalusian Horse A horse of docile temperament, high intelligence and trainability. Comes in white, black, dun and palomino colors.

Appaloosa Horse A breed of saddle horse developed in North America with a distinctive spotted rump and striped hooves.

Arabian Horse A swift, intelligent, graceful horse known for its endurance and loyalty. Comes in chestnut, gray, bay, and black colors with white markings.

Belgian Draft Horse A patient and good-tempered horse with thick muscles, heavy body, and short legs. It is 64 to 68 inches tall and weighs 1,800 to 2,200 pounds. Main colors are bay, chestnut, sorrel, or roan.

Friesian Horse A breed of horse native to the province of Friesland in the northern Netherland with distinctive long mane and tail, abundant feather and long leg hair. Comes only in black color with a white marking on the head.

Hanoverian The Hanoverian, also known as German Holstein, is a versatile, athletic horse of remarkable stamina used for riding, working and carriage. It stands 16 to 18 hands and comes in any solid color.

Icelandic Horse A unique breed of horse with five gaits allowing to carry adults at a fast pleasing gait over long distances. Strong, intelligent and reliable partner for all situations.

Lipizzan The Lipizzan, or Lipizzaner, is fairly small, intelligent, gentle and graceful horse with long silky maine and tail. Bay or gray Lipizzans turn white by the sixth and tenth year. They also come in black color. This breed is highly regarded in academic horsemanship.
Lusitano Lusitano is a highly intelligent horse of great courage that was in great demand in the past as cavalry war horse. The Lusitano is a very popular breed both in Europe and the United States.
Missouri Fox Trotter The Missouri Fox Trotter is a strong saddle horse with a characteristic broken gait known as the "fox-trot" which allows a very comfortable riding. The fox-trot occurs when the horse walks briskly with its front feet and trots with the back feet.
Mustang Horse The Mustang is a small, lightweight horse known for its hardiness.

Percheron The Percheron is a powerfully built horse, standing 16-17 hands and usually comes in gray and black color. Today it is used for recreation, draft work on small farms and in the forest.

Tennessee Walking Horse The Tennessee Walking Horse is highly valued for its smooth gait - running walk. The Walking horse usually carries its head low and is heavier than American Saddle horse. It comes in black, chestnut, bay, brown, roan, gray, yellow, and pure white colors.

Thoroughbred The Thoroughbred is considered to be the fastest and most valuable horse in the world. It influenced the development of all other major breeds and types.

Trakehner The Trakehner is a versatile breed which is used for riding, light labor, and carriage. It comes in all solid colors and bred mostly for sport.
